m6A Modification:
m6A Regulator Insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 2 (IGF2BP2) READER
m6A Target DIAPH1 antisense RNA 1 (DIAPH1-AS1)
Epigenetic Regulation that have Cross-talk with This m6A Modification:
Epigenetic Regulation Type Non-coding RNA (ncRNA)
Epigenetic Regulator DIAPH1 antisense RNA 1 (DIAPH1-AS1) LncRNA View Details
Regulated Target LIM and SH3 domain protein 1 (LASP1) View Details
Crosstalk Relationship m6A  →  ncRNA Enhancement
Crosstalk Mechanism m6A regulators directly modulate the functionality of ncRNAs through specific targeting ncRNA
Crosstalk Summary WTAP-mediated m6A modification of DIAPH1 antisense RNA 1 (DIAPH1-AS1) enhanced its stability relying on the m6A reader IGF2BP2-dependent pathway. Furthermore, DIAPH1-AS1 acted as a molecular adaptor that promoted MTDH-LIM and SH3 domain protein 1 (LASP1) complex formation and upregulated LASP1 expression, ultimately facilitating NPC growth and metastasis.
