Crosstalk Summary knocking down METTL3 significantly reduced m6A modification of hsa_circ_0072380 (Circ_ZNF131), indicating that METTL3 regulated changes in m6A modification of hsa_circ_0072380. Our study revealed the important regulatory role of METTL3 and m6A modification of hsa_circ_0072380 in GDM.
