Crosstalk Summary Histone lactylation activates the transcription of YTHDF2 through p300-mediated Histone H3 lysine 18 lactylation (H3K18la) modification. Knockdown of METTL14 significantly enhanced Arrestin domain-containing protein 4 (ARRDC4) mRNA stability relying on the "reader" protein YTHDF2 dependent manner in colorectal cancer.
