Crosstalk Summary CAT upregulated NRF1, NRF1 activated METTL3 via Kat2a transcription, and METTL3 inhibited Beclin-1 (BECN1) via m6A modification. KAT2A could increase the Histone H3 lysine 27 acetylation (H3K27ac) level in the METTL3 promoter region to activate METTL3 transcription.
