Crosstalk Relationship m6A  →  ncRNA Inhibition
Crosstalk Mechanism m6A regulators directly modulate the functionality of ncRNAs through specific targeting ncRNA
Crosstalk Summary YTHDF2 has been identified as a direct target of microRNA 145 (MIR145), and downregulation of miR-145 has been shown to decrease Caspase-9 expression in the hippocampus. This reduction in Caspase-9 levels leads to decreased hippocampal neuronal apoptosis, which positively impacts memory and learning in epileptic rats
Responsed Disease Epilepsy due to structural or metabolic conditions or diseases ICD-11: 8A60.5
