m6A modification UCA1 UCA1 WTAP Methylation : m6A sites Direct Enhancement Non-coding RNA UCA1 Regulated Target  lncRNA       miRNA   circRNA
m6A Modification:
m6A Regulator Wilms tumor 1-associating protein (WTAP) WRITER
m6A Target Urothelial cancer associated 1 (UCA1)
Epigenetic Regulation that have Cross-talk with This m6A Modification:
Epigenetic Regulation Type Non-coding RNA (ncRNA)
Epigenetic Regulator Urothelial cancer associated 1 (UCA1) LncRNA View Details
Crosstalk Relationship m6A  →  ncRNA Enhancement
Crosstalk Mechanism m6A regulators directly modulate the functionality of ncRNAs through specific targeting ncRNA
Crosstalk Summary m6A writers, METTL3 and WTAP positively regulate Urothelial cancer associated 1 (UCA1) expression in an IGF2BP2 dependent manner.

In-vitro Model
HCT 116 Colon carcinoma Homo sapiens CVCL_0291
DLD-1 Colon adenocarcinoma Homo sapiens CVCL_0248
In-vivo Model BALB/c nude mice (4-6 weeks old) were purchased from Hunan SLAC Jingda Experimental Animal Company (Changsha, China). All animal experiments were approved by the Ethical Committee of the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou City, University of South China. Six mice in each group were subcutaneously injected with 5.0 × 106 stable HCT-116 UCA1-KD cells or control cells in 0.2 mL PBS with 50% matrigel as described previously
