In-vivo Model Female C57BL/6 mice were fed under pathogen-free conditions and kept in a controlled environment (temperature 23 ± 1°C; humidity 50-60%), and subjected to a 12-hour light/dark cycle artificial simulation. Eight-week-old mice were selected for surgery and randomly divided into sham group (n = 6) and ovariectomized model group (OVX, n = 24).
