| Crosstalk Summary | A positive feedback loop between ALKBH5 and hsa-miR-193a-3p promotes growth and metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. | ||||

| In-vivo Model | Stable cells were selected with 2 μ g/ml puromycin for two weeks. Male athymic BALB/c nude mice (4-5 weeks old) were used. Subcutaneous tumor growth assays were used for growth assay. A total of 5 × 106 cells was subcutaneously injected into the nude mice (n = 3). The tumor volume was measured. The mice were sacrificed 4 weeks after injection. The tumor tissues were isolated and weighed. A tail vein injection model was used for metastasis assays. A total of 5 × 105 cells were injected into tail vein of nude mice (n = 3). | ||||
