| In-vivo Model | After approval by Ethics Committee of School of Public Health, Southeast University, BALB/c nude mice (4-5 weeks old) were purchased and raised in SPF animal house. 1 × 107 HeLa cells or NC cells with stable overexpression of CARMN were prepared in each nude mouse.
